Hi, I’m Geoff, a sweet, snuggly little guy who’s full of puppy charm and curious energy.
When my foster comes home, I usually wait patiently in my crate until I’m invited out… and then the excitement kicks in! I’m a happy boy who loves playtime, but I’m also excellent at taking proper puppy naps in between adventures. My energy level balances out nicely, I enjoy romping around when it’s time to play, but I’m just as content to cuddle up and relax after I’ve burned off some steam.
Like most puppies, I enjoy chewing (it’s part of my job description while I am teething), but I’m not obsessive about it. I mostly stick to my toys, though I will investigate other tempting items if they’re left within reach. I’m very happy to be redirected back to my toys and learn what is for me to chew. During play, I can sometimes get a little mouthy if things get too rambunctious, so keeping play sessions gentle helps me stay polite.
I’m crate trained and improving every day, I may voice my opinions a little at times, but I’m learning to settle and relax calmly. On leash in the yard, I’m already very well behaved for such a young pup. I rarely pull and walk nicely, though I’m still learning the basics of heel since I’m just starting out.
I’m also learning household manners, including staying off furniture and future-proofing my curiosity around counters. I might not be tall enough to reach them yet, but I’m a growing boy, so good habits start now!
My ideal home is one filled with affection, gentle play, and plenty of opportunities for both activity and quiet downtime. I thrive on love and attention and would do wonderfully with a family ready to guide me through puppyhood with patience, consistency, and lots of cuddles. Playtime should stay positive and not too rough so I can keep learning good manners as I grow into the amazing dog I’m meant to be.
