Sibo is a lover of dance parties and a friend to dogs and humans alike. He loves being included when friends visit and will calmly sit beside one person. He loves all his toys and will play fetch endlessly. He is an angel in the car, he knows to sit in elevators and has been named protector of Shawarma shops! At least twice a week, he forgets about his tail and tries to chase it.
Being about a year old, Sibo still has a lot of puppy energy and needs about 1-1.5 hours of physical exercise per day. He also benefits greatly with mental exercise and has become a huge fan of stimulation puzzles and interactive games/toys to help tire him out and keep him a happy pup. His fosters are working on his leash-pulling manners during his morning walks and the command ‘wait’ as he tends to eat his food very fast.
Sibo does have some separation anxiety and doesn’t like being away from his favourite humans for very long. However, he is crate trained and can be left up to 6-7 hours a day without any accidents. He greets his humans by jumping up and down with joy and a happy wagging tail. Who wouldn’t want to be welcomed home everyday like that?
Ideally, his perfect home would include another dog or room to run around in (like a backyard), and an active family would be great for him. He needs an involved pawrent who will spend time with him when they are home. He is more comfortable with women and a bit more hesitant towards men, but with the right treats and slow introductions, he warms up.
