Medical: Will need to be neutered. The rescue pays for this. Stanley has allergies which previously caused a skin condition/hair loss. The rescue will pay for an upcoming allergy test to determine specific allergies. He needs semi-regular ear cleaning at home.

After 9 months in care, Stan is ready to find his forever home! This big boy was brought in as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past. Here’s what we do know:
Stan is a gentle giant who loves small dogs especially. He’s lived with a small dog for the past eight months and they’re good friends! He also lives with two cats. He sometimes chases them if he sees them running through the house, but he’s never shown any aggression towards them.
At first, he would bark and growl at other big dogs. After a couple of months in care, he became more confident and relaxed. He is no longer reactive towards large dogs.
Stan is hard of hearing and has no recall, but he can sit and shake if you offer him call a treat. He loves spending time with his humans and getting his head scratched.
Although he’s an older boy, Stan loves his walks and trips to the dog park! He spends most of the day snoozing, but he’s never too tired to go for a walk. He’s usually quiet, but will bark if he’s hungry or needs to go outside.
