Meet sweet senior Sultan! A recent owner surrender and shelter pull, Sultan is adjusting well.
Typical of labs, Sultan loves any and all water. As he is a senior boy and 20 lbs overweight, water-based activities are a great way to help him continue to lose weight, while also being gentle on his joints. He also gets excited to go on walks and will “wave” with his two front paws to show his excitement. His adopter will need to continue with his weight loss.
Sultan is a cuddle bug and prefers to be around his humans. He is his human’s sweet shadow and will occasionally remind them of his presence with a nose boop. While he is crate trained, he will whine if left alone for too long. Left loose in a house, he is non-destructive and will wait by the door for you to come home. He’s looking to be someone’s sweet shadow. Sultan is great living with cats, dogs, and kids.
Sultan is still working on his basic commands and on kicking his habit of counter surfing.
