Hi, I’m Nala! 
I’m from Hawaii and was a wild boar hunter in my former life, but I am very sweet-natured, I love human company!
I am house trained but since I am older, I do need to go out more frequently, typically right before bed and early in the morning then I get back into my bed. I don’t like to be left in a crate, but I’m not destructive when left alone! I know commands like, “sit”, “paw”, “let’s go out”, “down”.
I enjoy long walks and my fosters say I walk so good on my leash! I’m remarkably active for my age, but calm in the house. I’m still learning to self-settle so a home that can give me stimulation, structure, and understanding would be best for me.
I would thrive with a calm canine friend, and in a detached home as I can be vocal when I’m left alone.
