Meet Balou, a gentle giant and a friend to all! Recently retired from dog sledding, Balou has settled seamlessly into indoor dog life. Butt scritches & snacks are his top retirement priorities.
Currently living with three other retired sled dogs (both male & female), 2 cats, and an older kid, Balou is great with everyone. He will set his boundaries if needed.
Balou loves snow, being outside, and his walks. He is still very fit and strong – walking tools, including a waist belt, help with his tendency to pull.
