I’m a sweet girl who is learning that the world isn’t such a scary place. I can be a little shy at first and may prefer to hang out in my kennel while I get comfortable, but every day I’m showing more of my personality. My tail wags are becoming more frequent, and I’m getting more excited to spend time with my people.
Once I trust you, you’ll see my true colors I’m a big cuddle bug! I love giving kisses, getting belly rubs, and being close to my humans.
I’m still working on a few things, like crate training, recall, and feeling confident when I’m alone. I can still have some anxious moments and may cry in my crate, but I’m improving every day. I’m also a very vocal girl and sometimes like to share my thoughts with some howling whether I’m in my crate or just singing along with the moon! 🌙
I enjoy my walks with my harness, but I can get very excited when I see squirrels or bunnies and may pull to try to chase them. I’m continuing to learn my basic manners and obedience skills with my foster family.
I’m looking for a calm, quiet home where I can feel safe and continue building my confidence. A home without young kids or large crowds would be best for me, as I do best when things are predictable and relaxed. I would love a patient and experienced dog person who understands that shy dogs need time, consistency, and lots of love.
