Hi I’m Mike! I love everyone and everything (except for being left alone in my crate). I’m a super friendly, goofy guy and I’ve been told that I’m also pretty smart. I know some basic commands and am pretty food motivated, unless there’s another dog near by, then I’m just motivated to be their friend. I currently live with three huskies and would love to live with another playful dog or have regular play dates with dog friends. I do overwhelm older or quieter dogs as I constantly want to play.
I have lived with multiple cats but required some management since I think they want to play when they apparently don’t.
As I am still pretty young, I would benefit from puppy training classes and would probably be a good fit for some dog sports. Along with physical exercise, I need a good brain workout so training on walks, dog puzzles, etc are highly recommended. I am working on not doing some typical puppy things, like jumping up, counter surfing, and trying to have things I shouldn’t.
I do bark in my crate when left alone so apartment living is not for me! I’m just a pup who wants to go wherever my humans are. My ideal family would be one who is home more often than not and who will include me in any adventures.
