Meet Rumba!
Rumba is the definition of sweet and gentle. She greets her people with the softest wagging tail, tiny affectionate licks, and the most adorable smile. Rumba is a smart, eager-to-learn girl who truly enjoys training. She’s a natural people pleaser and loves working with her humans, which makes her a joy to teach.
She enjoys relaxed, sniffy walks and occasional playtime, but her favorite activity is simply being close to her people. Rumba is a true velcro dog who loves hanging out in the same room as her humans. She spends a good portion of her day happily napping often paws up, wiggling around and asking for belly rubs.
Rumba is very comfortable in her crate and happily chooses it for naps and bedtime. She’s still learning to be home alone and may bark when separated from people, so she would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. In return, she’ll be your 10/10 work-from-home companion.
She’s working on her house training and does best with a predictable potty schedule (about every four hours), which helps prevent accidents. On walks, she can sometimes pull when excited but also walks nicely on a harness depending on her energy level.
With other dogs, she needs very slow introductions, but once she settles in she can coexist peacefully.
Rumba would thrive in a calm home where she can relax near her people, enjoy cozy naps, and join you for quiet walks and plenty of belly rubs.
